Interacties bij neuropathische pijnmedicatie
Interacties zijn over het algemeen weinig bekend. Er zijn een aantal medicijnen die bij neuropathische pijnen voorgeschreven worden, die de werking van andere middelen kunnen beïnvloeden. Daar is helaas niet zo heel veel informatie over. We citeren hier een recente bron:

Examples include (neuropathic pain medications vs. diabetes medications):

  1. duloxetine, paroxetine, and methadone (CYP2D6 inhibitors)
  2. oxycodone HCL, hydrocodone (CYP2D6 substrates) vs. metoprolol and bisoprolol (CYP2D6 substrates);
  3. carbamazepine (CYP3A4 inducer) vs. simvastatin, and atorvastatin (CYP3A4 substrates). [1]
